Pattie The Architect

Patti Patti boasts an admirable educational and career history to date and is currently one of the most highly respected and sought after architects in this area of Florida.

Having finished school, Patti served 4 years in the United States Air Force - 1968 TO 1972 - leaving with an honorable discharge (E-5), to attend the University of Notre Dame and gain her Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1977.

Patti commenced her career path as detailed below, until commencing in business on her own some 15 years ago.

FOWLER ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, INC. 1988-1991 Manager of Development, preparing and executing marketing plans, design review for code compliance, Project Architect & Designer of Residential & Commercial Projects.

AVANTI, INC. 1987-1988
Vice President of Architecture, in charge of Design for Luxury, custom single family homes. Prepared all contract documents for Permitting and Construction

MUDANO ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, INC. 1982-1988
Regulatory Agency Liaison, Site Plan Approvals, Variance Hearings, Rezoning etc. Research and writing of Community Impact Statements and Project Feasibility Reports.

CITY OF CLEARWATER 1981-1982
Code Analyst, Commercial building plan review for compliance with Standard Building, Mechanical, and Plumbing Codes. Also Nat'l Electric Code and Life Safety (NFPA 101). Initiated procedure manual for Building Dept. Advisor to Zoning Board of appeals.
